How long does it take to cook the chicken or beef shawarma? How long does it take to clean everything after?

I only used it to cook all lamb gyro. The lamb leg meat was thin sliced and marinated for around 24 hours. It took 40 min of rotisserie to start slicing the meat. After the first 40 minutes, I kept slicing it every 15-20 minutes. Total time was around 1 hour and 45 minutes. Regarding cleaning, considering that the lamb was marinated, I had the empty using a 50-ml syringe the tray, every 30 minutes. Too much juice! Cleaning of the tower glass and metal walls was easy and fast, but the tray and spit had to be soaked O/N.

Sure, I did a 20 lb gyro cone in mine and worked fine.

Does not spin. How do i fix this?
