I love this stand. Whether I am sitting or standing it great. Sitting, I can easily swing it to the side and get up. No more setting it down. It works very well. I did buy an extra ten pound weight to put on top of the base. That way I can really adjust the arm and I don’t have to be so careful. The iPad mount grasps the pad using springs in the mount. It might give way some time in the future, but I am leaving it in the holder so the spring don’t get to worn.
