Easy to use. Great product. Love it being a 24 hour poultice.

These are perfect for a horse with a hoof abscess. They are recommended by vets and farriers. I cut these to size to fit my horse’s sports medicine boot.

Much easier to buy a 3-pack to have some spare Animalintex on hand. Nobody ever plans for a hoof abscess happening, and this stuff definitely helps draw one out.

I have used this product for years. An amazing product for horses that I have also used on dogs.

Oh lord everyone should have some of this in there first aid cabinet. Easy to use, cut it to size. Great quality and durable, I have used this for many different purposes and never let me down.

This poultice was sold to me by my veterinarian for use on my horse's leg. The nice thing is you can re-use the poultice 3 times. Simply air dry it, and then re-hydrate it to activate the clay. There is a thin plastic film on the bandage side, but this wrap does leave a film of residue on the animal's leg. Since I am having to poultice my horse's leg for months now, I looked for another option. Bigelow Poultice Wraps. They are single use but come 8 to a box, and do not leave a residue. Both poultice wraps seem to draw the same level of heat from my horse's leg. The Bigelow wrap stays in place more readily while I wrap a gauze roll over it, while the Animal text get slick as you have some of the clay side interacting with that thin film of plastic. For my arthritic fingers, I need all the help I can get in wrapping my horse's leg, so my preference is the Bigeloil.

You can cut it in half then get it wet and apply it to bottom of the foot. Wrap it on with vet wrap then put duck tape or gorilla tape over the top to keep it on. Really helps with an abscess
