Looks great and high quality
I like that it is made of wood and not particle board. It sturdy and looks so nice. I am able to get more clothes in my closet now. It made the closet look fresh and higher end.

Poor quality control
Customer service is great. Unfortunately, the product is just OK. It seems they have a lot of quality control issues.Screws for the drawers came in three different lights, but all of them were too long. They were an odd size so you could not buy them at the store. I had to physically cut them with a hack saw. The slider pieces on two of the drawers were broken. The sides of the centerpiece that holds the drawers was damaged. Some of the end pieces were not thoroughly painted so I had to go to the store to buy paint. I suggest checking everything thoroughly before you plan to install.

I love the solid wood closet organizer. So much better than the wire organizers. Easy to install.
