High quality product
Received today. Even though the product shipped out from S. Korea, it arrived quite early than I expected. I just put this pack on to my neck after 4 min microwaving per insturction. It feels really great. Original purpose is to use on the lower balley area. I am so glad I got the high quality product. Recommend this product

NO RED CLAY and EASY RUPTURE
Bought the product for use as hot pack. It worked pretty okay but would puff up when heated, as if there was air inside. Heated it up today and heard a pop and saw that there was a hole and there's a clear gel coming out. Not red clay as advertised. Very disappointed and surprised that the pack popped even when I followed directions for heating.

It heats up quickly and stays warm for about 20-30min. Love this.

not working for cold, gets hard as a brick. Useless
no good for icing application. Hard as a rock when frozen.

Not for Cold use
This freezes hard not malleable like I would expect. Perhaps it works for heat but I do not have a microwave to try it out. I would not recommend this as a cold pack.
