Item is Great!!
Item is Great!!!!But if u are looking for it for paintball or Airsoft u will need to buy new mounts because paintball and airsoft is picatany rail and weaver rail the scope uses dove tail witch is smaller than the weaver if u are using it on a official gun it should work the scope is small but it is really easy to adjust and very easy to mount but It is a little blurry when looking through the scopeYou will need the mounts in the picture below for u are looking for it for paintball or airsoft

It doesn't fit
Brought it for an CO2 air BB revolver and it doesn't fit the rail and it won't expand now I'll have to find an adapter to make it works since its the right size and good price, except now I have to spend money to find an adapter to the gun rail.

Great with the Crosman 1377
This is a nice inexpensive scope that's perfect for air guns. I have mine on a Crosman 1377. I love it. It fits the dovetail on my metal breech and locks down tight and solid. I can put pellets trough the same hole at 15 yards all day long.Update:I just ordered another one of these for my 2240. I've been reading the reviews again and can't believe the ignorance of some of the negative reviews. This fits dovetail mounts only-- NOT weaver, NOT picatinny. It's an airgun scope, NOT airsoft with weaver or picatinny mounts. It's only 4x20 magnification. It's NOT meant for 1000 yard shots on a SKS, Mosin, or any high power rifle. Here are the clearly stated intended uses/specs/etc right off the listing (my caps):Tactical 4x20 air scope compatible with AIR GUNSMulticoated lens ensure crisp, bright image26.2-foot field of view @ 100 yardsPlex reticle; 2.5 INCHES OF EYE RELIEFDOVETAIL RINGS MOUNT; measures 7.88 inchesWow. This poor little scope is taking a beating because people can't read or won't do their homework. It's a nice little scope which works great with air pistols like the Crosman 1377, 1322, 2240, etc with a metal breech, or lower powered pump/co2 rifles like a Crosman 1077. It isn't suitable for high power/low recoil rifles due to low magnification. It's unlikely hold up under the recoil of springers or high power guns.

It is what it is.
This is not a bad scope, but it isn't a great scope either. How well this scope performs depends on what you're looking for.DO NOT buy IF:-You have a gun with recoil. It simply can't handle it. It can take a few shots(about 15-25 on my Crosman Phantom)until it loosens up and all the time you spent zeroing it in turns to dust.-You're looking for long range. This is not a long-range scope by any means, I'm sure you figured that out yourself from the specs listed in the product description. It says 'compact' for a reason. Visibility is clear, but limited. If anything, it almost makes objects look farther away than they really are. But that could just be me.-You're looking for a scope to hunt with. You're better off with iron sights. If you're looking for a scope to hunt with, find one with a larger diameter, you'll need all the visibility you can get.Buy if:-You want a cheap and easy-to-install scope. As I said above, do not buy this product if your gun recoils. However, this scope is a great fit for an air rifle such as the Daisy 880 (any rifle that you have to pump air in order to fire ammo.) It's great for plinking with this scope, that's about it.

Pretty Decent Scope
This is a pretty good scope, it has 4x magnification, I think, and an "+" style crosshair across the scope, so no batteries required. It's definentely better than the red dot scopes that come with some of the cheaper airsoft guns.Just a word of advice though, the scope itself does NOT fit on a normal rail on top of the gun, the bottom part won't fit, so when I got this I couldn't attach it to my M14 rifle like I had planned. To Fix this problem, I recommend getting the weaver rings as well so that you can attatch it on all right. I don't know if it will fit any other guns, but some of the airsoft rails, and I believe the M14's is the standard rail set-up, won't let you mount it. Other than that, it looks like a pretty good scope. I have yet to use it in combat, but so far it hasn't dissapointed me.

seriously, for the money an incredible value (installed on Daisy 880)
I recently purchased the scope for my new Daisy 880 air gun. Folks, this scope costs less than my last sandwich at Jimmy John's (well, including chips and drink). The scope is well made, includes mounts, has adjustment screws to sight it in, and it works great ... seriously, what more could you possibly expect at this price range? Certainly for any inexpensive air gun, this scope is a perfect match, at least for my Daisy 880. Zero complaints, absolutely thrilled!

kentucky windage
this piece of chinese made junk is comparable to a paper towel roll mounted to your airgun, only less field of view. That is why it costs only $10.It is more trouble than it is worth. By the time you shoulder your rifle an acquire a clear view, your target will have disappeared. You'd do better with open sights and good ol' Kentucky windage.
