What struck me the most when I read this book, is how young the Holy Spirit revival actually is. Even as late as the 19th century, there was little known about the Holy Spirit and christians attributed a lot of things to an unpersonal force called "grace" ("Amazing Grace saved a wretch like me"). Incredible, as everything God does on earth, is by the Holy Spirit cooperating with believers.Since the 1906 Asuza Street revival, the Holy Spirit has broken into virtually every denomination and we see an unprecedented wave of salvation following.A good book on who the Spirit is and how He operates. The Spirit is the Wind of God and the wind is always in motion, for else it would not be a wind. Set your sails and catch His power!

This is a heart-opening book talking about the Holy Spirit. I have searched many books about Holy Spirit, but this author obviously knows the Holy Spirit very well as a person knows his best friend. As I have heard about Mr. Bonnke (the author) through IHOPKC Onething 2014 conference, I have come to believe his ministry in Africa showed the power of Holy Spirit that tens of millions of people came to know Christ. This book breaks up much myth about Holy Spirit. You will be marveled about the simple truth from this book. I appreciate it from the depth of my heart. Thank God for this book! ! (-:

Bonnke has brought the Holy Spirit into focus with the Father and the Son. The three persons of the Godhead unite in power, form and function and Bonnke has represented the need to functionally and spiritually understand the Spirit's contribution to God's message of love for mankind. Masterful representation of the power of believing and having faith in the Scriptures.

I absolutely love and honor Reinhard Bonnke! It was a quick read for me and I enjoyed it to some extent, but parts of it were difficult for me to understand what he was talking about. I was a little disappointed because I love finding out more about the Holy Spirit and His work. I'm reading Even Greater now by Reinhard Bonnke and it is a really good book. It's much easier to understand and holds my interest.

Personally this work is simply inspired by the Holy Spirit for me. I've known the Spirit Within yet upon reading only a few chapters the Spirit has come upon me in a way that could not be explained in words of man...

The chapters of this book give us an insight into the sharp theological mind of a man, who is otherwise seen on the world stage as a influential, but one-message Evangelist. This account of his private thinking is a good balance to the public personna the world usually sees.

If you are a new Christian looking for an insight into the ministry and work of the works of the Holy Spirit.Do'nt read this book.However.I do not intend this to be a negative review. R B has a tried and tested track record and a sound theological mind.Having read and been inspired by Evangelism by Fire I found this book hard work to follow. Is the Kindle format different from print?There where a few small points that I struggled with relating to but that's possiably the same with most people. Will I read more? Yes, no problem. Would I recommend it? Yes but with reservations.To a pastor or Lifegroup leader yes no problem.TO someone, say fresh off an Alpha course with little knowledge or experence. No. There are other books that make things far more simple.What would I recommend to them? The Holy Spirit and You by Dennis and Rita Bennett. It's such a simple format.Now that shows my age!
