Q: Is this safe/ good to condition damaged hair?

This product is horrible. It feels like sand, and lots of it, in the lotion/cream, and it would be very abrasive. I tried it several times to make sure I just didn't get a bad one, but they are all horrible. Do not use!

Q: Does this product work on stretch marks?

I’m not sure about stretch marks, we use it on our kid’s eczema. But I know that cocoa butter is supposed to help with stretch marks.

Q: Can the hollywood cocoa butter be used on your face everynight?

I’ve used it for twenty years to remove makeup.

Q: I received my product but when I look on the rim of the container there was some sort of brown residue on the side, was curious to know what it was?

I have no ideal what that is. Call the manufacturer. The product should always be smooth and butter looking.
