Blue Moon Mix Crocus 20 Bulbs - Blues and Purples - 8/9cm

I bought these last fall. The instructions that came with them said to plant once night time temps are regularly in the 40°s. It took a while before that happened where I live, and the instructions said to store in a deep freeze until then.I didn't. No reason, just didn't put them in the freezer. This means by the time I put them in the ground, all 20 bulbs had started sprouting little thorny roots. I was scared that meant I had ruined them and they wouldn't grow, but I put them in the ground anyway. It also obviously means all 20 were live and healthy when I received them.It's now early March and 16 of the 20 have sprouted tender green shoots! I'm so thrilled I didn't kill them all with my mistake. And 4 of them have even shown the beginnings of beautiful dark indigo blooms. I'm pretty excited to see what they look like as they mature. I'm sure next year they will be even bigger and more beautiful!UPDATE so I should have waited 2 more weeks to post this. All 20 have sprouted, and about half of them have put up at least 1 bloom. They're all a gorgeous deep indigo with white veining. I am so thrilled.

I planted these months ago and nothing ever came up. Waste of money. No refund because you are outside the window due to waiting for something to grow ☹️

They seem like good quality bulbs won't know until Spring if they grow well and are rhe correct colors. I highly suggest only ordering these or other bulbs/garden stuff as they don't come sealed completely to prevent them from rotting so they will get dirt and debris on other items shipped together with them.

Planted these in ATL, ga in the late fall/early winter and they’ve all come up in late feb. they look great but are a smaller variety. Planted them 3-4 in one hole and it looks really nice :) planted them intermixed with pickwick crocus as well. If your zone can tolerate it, plant them in the fall for a late winter/early spring bloom

Well packed arrived early. Can’t wait to see them flower next spring!

The bulbs arrived all moldy. I planted anyway in January, because it was still warm. None even sprouted. Maybe next year?!

Got a bit more than 20 bulbs, all were in perfect condition, and most had some green sprouting - a good sign. Will order more.

I bought these along with several other s as a gift for my wife. When they arrived, they appeared dry and just looked bad. We went ahead a planted them and nutured them only to have nothing. Not a single one ever came up. So we decided to dig up a few in different locations to see what was going on. Every single one we dug up was rotted. So I will not buy them this way again. Don't waste your time or your money.
