Fiskars IsoCore Wrecking Bar, Board Bender Shock Absorbing Hammer and Crowbar, 30 in

Probably better than a sledge. My first reaction to this was, "Wow that's a whole lot of #$%^ you." It's heavy in all the right ways and the wall never stood a chance. It's an angry demo bar. Good for zombies. Good for home defense. Good for deconstruction of small to medium sized structures.

Like the title says, this demo tool is the best I’ve ever used. Three guys tore down a good sized 2-car garage in a day with just two of these and a 10-lb sledge. Works great on every aspect of the demo- plowed through the vinyl siding, raked down the shingles, and then popped off the plywood sheathing on the roof and sides with a few whacks around the edges and prying with the opposite side. Studs can be either smacked out with the hammer side or twisted out with the board bender. Just can’t say enough about how great these things are for demolition. Basically a giant 30” hammer, with a board bender and nail puller and a very versatile beak on the other end for prying. We’ve used them on several jobs now- also works really well for demolishing trim, just slide the beak side down from the top with some force and the whole 8-12 foot piece pops off the wall.

What a solid piece! Out of all my years of shopping on Amazon, this is truly a diamond 💎 in the rough. You NEED this for an actual quality item. Very sharp; awesome value for the $. A bit heavy but to be expected.

I am in the process of remodeling and so far this has been a very handy tool. Obviously, prying and pulling are the primary uses for this thing. It's nice to have the little flat face to hit with a hammer and drive into smaller openings that quickly turn into larger openings when you use the long handle. It is amazing how well framing nails hold things together after 55 years, but this tool will pull those nails and disassemble just about anything I have asked it to so far.

I'm not in construction nor any sort of first responder role. I really have no need for this at all however it just looked like something I needed. So why did I get it? It looks bad ass. I will keep this in my truck for any sort of emergency situations but that's about it. It looks pretty cool and will be useful some day hopefully. Nice weight to it and the rubber handle is pretty comfy. To be honest, I've been binging The Walking Dead so this thing happened to show up in my suggested items to purchase which is why I got it. Ready for any emergency situation as well as, potentially, any zombie outbreaks. Go get this. You need one because of reasons.

I paid 10 bucks more than I could have twice over and although my heart hurts I regret nothing. Although I have no occupational or even recreational need for these I still regret nothing and am prepared for a future. For the sake of review I should say both units came packed carelessly loose in a slightly oversized box, and the clear finish might be chipped and let light rust in (it is good enough to not peel away at the first sign of rust), and there might be a noticeably-off-center 2x4-finger-gripper but I have ceased to care if I ever did. This was a year ago, so hopefully they improved it, but I have doubt since Amazon does this to other oversized items without retail packaging. The misshapen finger is not a packing problem, of course--it adds character. It's just like me when I think about it. I am also pretty sure I caused Amazon to get these in stock back at the end of last year when I did a backorder that got cancelled for no reason except they wanted to piss me off and I'm still mad they clearly later ordered more and increased the price. But I regret nothing. However, I am not surprised I have had no serious use for 2-handed demolition hammers in the past year. It's functional art? My advice to alternate timeline past me is get a quality 1-handed hammer because I'd use it more, which would be pointless because anyone who needs that advice could not possibly be me and they have nothing for me and I do not claim them. "Comfort" 5 stars. These are clearly excellent comfort items.

Love it, Pulls nails very well with curved head(Doesn't dent timber terribly). Hammer end is great. Great curve on lever end. Isocore centre handgrip is amazing! Unsure what the small piece under the claw is for as it is too narrow to fit any framing timber into.

This is what you can use for prying, wrecking, or even a zombie apocalypse end of the world event.

Etwas schwerer als "normale" Brecheisen,aber für Abrissarbeiten wesentlich besser geeignet. Ergonomisch perfekt. Besser als einfach nur eine Eissenstange.

What a beast! This wrecking bar is very well designed and made. More expensive than simpler wrecking bars, but worth the money. Very versatile tool which can help a lot in many situations.
