This works so good. A little scrubbing then rinse and wipe dry. The easiest stripper i have ever used..I just ordered more. Wish it came in a bigger bottle.i used full strength because I had a lot of wax buildup. You won't be disappointed. But you should open a window and use a fan.the smell is strong but it works

I have read good reviews and bad reviews, but all in all this product does work. It isn't easy work, it requires elbow grease and persistence. First, read the instructions. Second, find a spot to test the product, make sure it is in a spot that is out of sight. Work in small areas don't try to do large areas. I work in 4x4 foot areas. Make sure your clean up the old wax otherwise it will become sticky and hard to remove. I use a broom and dustpan. Some spots may need to be hit several times. It may require you to get down on your hands and knees with a coarse rag to scrub the spot until it comes clean. I made the mistake of sealing my new floors with a sealant. After a few months, I notice scratch where chairs had been moved. That is when I realized that the sealant was the problem.

I used the floor wax from the same company but this remover did not work. I followed their directions and tried three times. I guess I need to get a mechanical brush as I could not scrub enough to remove the wax. I would not recommend this product.

Worked great on a dirty ,greasy, waxed kitchen floor.

I bought this product in hope to remove the film left on my floors, I did small areas at a time with hot water. I even used a credit card to scrap with a brush. It worked but I had to get on my knees and hands to scrub it off the floors. It stills takes a few more tried after that for tough areas.

I followed directions but I found after 3 attempts in a small apartment kitchen( 9 ft.by 6 ft ) I still had huge patches of old wax that was on floor when I moved in .Easy on the lungs though .

It's alright, don't bother mixing or diluting it you're wasting your time. Put it straight on the floor and within 5 mins the wax should be loose enough to pick up with a scraper. Other than that it does what it says, strips wax off floors.

Very bad product, it is not efficient for removing floor wax.
