what is the part number for the replacement cartridge for this air cleaner?

Most of these air filter assemblies are generic made 5 1/2" X 3" standard for a single barrel carb intake. I don't think they provided a replacement part number for the filter. However, I would check a local oil change shop for an exact fit size to replace the old one. Or a Rod shop. Good luck man.

What is the bottom 2nd hole for the small one ?

The small hole (chocolate starfish ) is for an oil breather hose to the oil filler neck.
