Well, it's early but I can actually take it. Historically, biotin has given me headaches, but I'm desperate for hair growth so decided to give it one more shot. I purchased these, they taste pretty good and I'm a week in with zero headaches, so it gives me hope!

I was a little nervous ordering them online after reading reviews from many gummy purchasers who stated that they melted in the bottle before they got to them. I live in New York and I received them on June 1st, it was about a 78-79' high for the last day or two. These do come through the Post Office so they will be brought to u in ur daily mail. I am currently living in a complex and all our mailbox are indoors at the main office. With that said mine came and were perfect! The best advice I can offer if ur in a much hotter environment than mine is maybe to ask a neighbor to take in any pkgs or mail the day u Recieve the text alert that these are being delivered.... I've tried 2 other brands of hair/nail vitamins in pill form prior to stubbling onto these treasures. The other brands were horse pills and I take soooo many pills already the last thing I wanted to do was add more. I never actually took them everyday for a long period of time because of that issue which resulted in a waste of money cause I never felt the benefits. With Nature Mades Mixed Berry Hair Skin & Nails Gummies I NEVER MISS A DOSE because I love the flavors and they are very chewy like a gummy bear but they DO NOT stick to ur teeth (thank goodness!) this was my second bottle and once I was done with the first I noticed though out how strong my nails became and they were growing faster too. AS SOON AS A MONTH PASSED AND I HAD NO MORE LEFT MY NAILS STARTED TO SPLIT CRACK GROW UNEVENLY DUE TO BEING PAPER THIN!! That's when I realized I need to re up fast! This time around I am going to pay close attention to any changes in my hair or skin to see if I notice any help from these. I have long hair, a lot of it but it's very thin and curly (curly hair is known for more frizz and breakage) also to make matters worse on Piriosis patches on my scalp so that makes for more breakage and dryness. Skin type: very fair, oily and breakout prone skin... Lots of acne marks and discolorations also sistic prone acne around chin/lower mouth. I will update my review if I notice any changes in all three areas after today 6/3/2016

I've used Nature Made with Biotin for several years. My nails were tissue paper thin when I first used this supplement, and my nails are now stronger than ever before. My hair was falling out and now it is much healthier than before I used this product.

So far so good. They arrived in perfect shape. They taste good, are easily chewed. I don’t know how well they work yet, it’s only been 3 weeks. 4/5/25 update: finished the 1st bottle, my nails are growing longer, but not necessarily stronger. Haven’t noticed any change in skin or hair. Just ordered 2nd bottle.

Good flavor and not too much sugar

First time they arrive with something whiteish all over but considering other posts show this I'm guessing it's due to the hot temperatures and it's normal. Looks unappealing 😩 but the seal was there and was very glued so I'm trusting it. They taste different, have a different shape, are chewier, they also taste almost minty or eucalyptus like without the cooling effect. IDK if that's just me, something changed and I won't be ordering again. I liked this brand because it only has biotin and vitamin c, I take multivitamins so I don't want other brands because they have folic acid. I don't want to consume more than the recommended amount due to my multivitamin. Now I gotta find something else 😒

Better than the other ones

I lowered my review because they changed the ingredients but my first bottle was good. The first bottle (the strawberry flavor) I bought was fine I feel like it helped my hair and nails the most. And the ingredient list was smaller and it was sticky. But the second bottle I bought was a different flavor (mixed berries), the ingredient list was longer, and different. For example they switched the coconut oil to palm oil and the cane sugar to sugar. So I didn't open it and I'm thinking about returning it.
