It uses natural materials, its not dangerous if it is dropped. The materials and stitching is premium quality, so will last a long time. You can swing it, lift it, drag it, toss it. You can pretty much replicate most strength training movements with it.It is a good anchor for battle ropes. It is easy to travel as you can fold up and refill with sand anywhere. You can use hand wraps to make it tighter. You can add more weight to it under the handle, if needed, with sand ankle weights & velcro. Impeccable, ingenious & Incredible. Congratulations to the team at GymBox, this is a hit!!

Bought the 12kg, actually as a soft throwing weight rather than a kettlebell as such. This a good product. Holds up well to being chucked around on the lawn (without damaging the grass) and I would buy it again for this purpose. As a Kettlebell replacement I can't say I like it as the inevitable movement in the cloth handle changes the dynamic for cleans and snatches too much compared to a solid bell. However, if you really wanted to have a soft kettlebell it would do the job fine.

This is advertised as a product with a variety of weights. It says: *HIGH FLEXIBILITY* is filled with sand...But it is not. It's a small piece of material which needs to be filled with weight. This is disgraceful advertising and a complete rip off. Avoid. This is why Amazon is such a poor platform, as there is so little recoruse for a refund. Disgraceful con-artists, especially in the midst of a pandemic.

The package came damaged and the exercise sheet was not in package also had problems with the delivery

Unfortunately not fit for purpose, it broke on the first use on a rubber floor, patched it up with tape to see if I could still do swings etc but because the shape changes depending on the movement the sand still comes out.

Do not buy, sand continually leaking out and I have been careful when using it. A couple months use, that's all I had a month of which was with two bags wrapped around it in an attempt to make it usable.

La consegna è andata bene. Sembra che per il momento mi ci trovo bene. È molto ingombrante pensavo fosse un po piu piccolo.

Toll. Schöner Ball. Sehr fußbodenfreundlich. Wurde eher geliefert als zunächst angegeben.

Gefüllt mit Sand. Ein fallen lassen auf Stein oder Holzboden ist kein Problem. Auch viel angenehmen zum Trainieren. Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Die KB ist wirklich eine gute Alternative für unterwegs. Das Gewicht ist gut verteilt und auch der Griff passt. Natürlich ist sie etwas größer wie normal - was halt dem Sand geschuldet ist. Da an den meisten Reisezielen Sand (meist umsonst) verfügbar ist - hat man die KB also immer schnell einsatzbereit und kann diese problemlos auch in das Reisegepäck packen (entleert!).

Stabil und super verarbeitet, verkratzt das Parkett nicht.Ich wuerde zwei verschiedene kaufen um das Training variieren zu koennen.Top Produkt!
