Amazing tiny bolt cutter
Always have used Rigid bolt cutters to cut seal on all deliveries to our construction sites. Never have they failed me once will definitely recommend to all.

Just wow...
Excellent pair of cutters. I bought this to cut through a tow chain to break it down into smaller useable pieces and was expecting it to be tough. This thing cuts through chain like butter, it was practically effortless. After going with a rigid bolt cutter, I realize that I’ve never in my life used a truly good tool in the past. This thing will spoil you.

Really impressed!
I just bought these, and they cut through 1/4" bolts like butter! Somewhat expensive, but ultimately you get what you pay for, and these are super great quality. And buying from Amazon Warehouse makes them a much better deal than anywhere else!

Made in China & inferior specs to Knipex
Description says made in USA. Maybe this was true a few years ago, but now it's made in China. Be aware that many reviews may refer to the older USA model. I will be returning this Ridgid this in favor of Knipex which is a only slightly more expensive, made in Germany, and cuts up to 48 HRC (wheras Ridgid only cuts up to 42 HRC.) Since blade damage is the #1 reason bolt cutters wear out, this is a critical difference.I could care less about the politics of made in China, but I feel it's pretty weak that Ridgid moved it to China and kept it very premium price.
