Very happy with purchase. Better than expected

The table is beautiful but when trying to put the pieces together it was hard only because the instructions were on one sheet with four directions. When putting up the chairs was even worse one of the chairs came defective. I had to go out of my way to a chair repair shop which came out of my money then having to call Amazon to get reimbursed. I called the roundhill furniture company for a new chair and there were no assistance. I can not get a new chair because they don’t send out new items to used purchases? That is ridiculous. Hopefully the table will last me a couple of years...I hope.

Beautiful table. The table itself is easy to assemble, but the chairs....My god, the chairs. An absolute monstrosity to assemble.When I say monstrosity...I am currently into my second glass of wine watching my husband assemble the chairs because I gave up. These directions...atrocious. And what is "LFIT"? Oh, you mean LEFT??? Sure. Left. We'll go with that.Anyway, back to the chairs. They are beautiful. The table is beautiful and the counter height is perfect. However 3 of the 4 chairs have uneven legs and wobble on flat ground. Two of the chairs backs also have damage to the material and finish showing as cracks.

One of the 4 chairs had a defective support piece which did not allow chair assembly. The table base had corner chips and a obvious visible blemish in finish. I tried to contact the product support number listed in Amazon Orders and neither the website or phone number were correct. I wasn’t able to speak to a operator for help. I filled out the enclosed replacement form and emailed to email listed on form with pictures of defective parts several days ago without any response. I emailed a different customer service email found in product information along with pictures requesting a call back. I have gotten no response. The table is usable along with 3 of the chairs. The 4th chair cannot be assembled. I really liked the table and chairs so a huge bummer that I am unable to get the support needed to obtain replacement parts as stated in packaging and on Amazon site. Amazon should make sure product support information listed is correct or at least offer a support number for these issues.

This is a beautiful addition to our home. Only complaint is that it would be very difficult for the average person to assemble.

The coating on the dining room set will peal off at some point in time unlike the cherry wood items I bought.
