10 stars!
This inositol supplement is incredible! It’s the perfect replacement for Ovasitol — same ingredients and quality at just a fraction of the price. I’ve been using it for my PCOS, and I’m now getting a regular period every month for the first time in years. Flavorless, scentless, dissolves easily in water, it’s helped with pcos symptoms, especially anxiety and weight loss. I’m so happy I found this product. It truly works, and I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Cheaper than the pills, works well
I'd been taking ~1000mg twice a day previously with a lot of success, but pill costs add up, so I thought I'd try the powder. This is a decidedly good option for my wallet and my convenience. I was able to double my dosage (from 2000mg to 4000mg per day), but found myself slightly more prone to stomach upset, so I break it up a bit more now. I'm very happy with this overall, for the price and amount. Short version, I have PCOS, and myo- and d-chiro inositol are a good deal for me. I don't care the least about having babies, but I do care about all of the other problems with PCOS, the hirsutism, increased cancer and diabetes risk, the whole shebang. This stuff is legit. It's only been about two months of inositol, and have a small, but noticeable reduction in facial hair, my appetite actually resembles something like a normal person's, and I just overall feel better. When I get cravings, they're easier to ignore and go away faster; I don't usually even get the munchies anymore, and I used to, pretty much every day. My understanding is that you really need a bit longer to see real reductions in facial hair, but I think I've had more luck since I take this with ashwagandha KSM-66 (1000mg, twice daily), and they work really well together. Between the two of them, they shut my ovaries up and tell them to stop thinking I'm a dude, and stop making me hungry all the f-ing time. (Sidenote: the KSM-66 has also seriously reduced my stress. I'd started taking that first; imagine my surprise when I learned my excess cortisol was ALSO because of my PCOS.) Anyway, using this stuff is as easy as it gets. There's a scoop. Level it off, and you've got just slightly over 2000mg of the inositol blend. Add it to any cold liquid. Heat diminishes the effectiveness of the inositol, so if you're putting it in your hot tea or coffee, you're not doing yourself a favor. There's almost no flavor, just a mild sweetness that is precisely like sugar. To carry mine to work with me, I use a set of bento condiment containers. You can find them here on Amazon, sold in sets of four, and they are perfect for holding a scoop's worth of powder at a time, without making a mess. Last note, there have been some conflicting studies on inositol for weight loss, but if you're considering it, here's my recommendation to you (I am neither a doctor nor a nutritionist): inositol, plus spreading out and limiting your carbs and sugar, work extremely well together. I also recommend the KSM-66 I mentioned earlier as part of this, but one thing at a time. I've lost an average of 4-6 lbs a month with less fuss or changes to my diet than I've ever had success with before. In the past, I've always had to -greatly- reduce my calories to have any success with weight loss. I've tried exercise and CICO, willpower doesn't math up for bad math. What they don't tell you is that when you have a metabolic disorder like PCOS, your BMR may be lower and your body has almost zero interest in burning your stored fat. I could eat like a skinny person or less than one, and still only maintain or barely lose. Inositol will not lose the weight for you, but it will make it easier for you to do so, because it will tell your body to stop being stupid about how it stores energy, and, more importantly, to burn fuel reserves, like a normal person, even if your BMR still sucks. tl;dr, I'd recommend this supplement to anybody with PCOS. It's way cheaper than the pills, and can be just as convenient if you're willing to spend five bucks on something small to transport it in. You will love not being hungry -all the time- or feeling guilty for self-sabotaging when you get cravings. This makes it so much easier, guys.

PCOS
This item, along with DIM and a wild-caught pescatarian diet for 1 year, has helped me regulate my hormones. My cycles were not regular due to having PCOS, and now they are regular. I think it's mainly the diet change, as I'm not eating the hormones in the different meats, but this was in the equation too. You can add it to anything bc it's flavorless. It dissolves well. I sometimes, if in a rush, will toss a scoop in my mouth and take 2 sips of water, and it's gone. There's no need to take it with food. I haven't noticed any weight loss, or better sleep with this product (I wish),

Helped me get my period back after 18 months, but wish it offered better value for my dosage needs.
I started taking this powder after committing to lifestyle changes for my PCOS and Hashimoto's disease. This included a cleaner diet, low impact cardio, and heavy strength training as recommended by my endocrinologist. I did feel less fatigue and some symptom relief, but I didn't actually get my period back until a couple of months after I ran out of it. I finally cycled again in September 2025 after nearly a year and a half without a period. Studies do say it can take 3-6 months of consistent use to see results, SO I do think this helped me get there, even if it was delayed. I plan to continue using it as part of my routine, unless I find a better value for the same or higher quality. For transparency: I bought this in January 2025 for $59.97 but with a $9 coupon and a $6 Subscribe & Save discount, it came to about $48. The product claims to offer a 6 month supply with 183 servings, but the recommended dosage for PCOS is 4000mg and 100mg daily (2000mg myo-inositol and 50mg d-chiro-inositol taken twice a day). For my needs, that means 2 scoops per day, not one, which cuts my supply in half and makes it a 3 month supply. That's still decent, but the price per serving isn't as strong as I'd like, especially compared to another good brand I've seen. The formula itself is solid: 40:1 ratio, vegan, non-GMO and big bonus for me, flavorless. There is an included scoop that makes dosing easy, but getting it out of the bag can be messy since it moves around a lot in transit. I'll continue using it for now but for me, the price per serving isn't ideal since I only get 3 months out of it. If you're in a similar situation where you need the same dosage, this is something to consider. Thank you to Zazzee though, for helping get my period back. If you only need 2000mg and 50mg of myo and d-chiro inositol respectively, then this is a great, more affordable option to consider.

I switched from Ovasitol to this since this is cheaper but guess you get what you pay for. My cycle which was more or less between 30-35 days increased to 40 and I feel like my PCOS symptoms worsened. I've switched back to Ovasitol and hope it takes effect soon. This product was a waste of money.
