Great Versatility, Wish the Jaws Were Grippy-er
Construction is maybe a little lacking compared to the GoPro brand clamp, but the price difference makes it easy to overlook aesthetics and mold lines! Strong spring, opens wide enough to put on a bunch of stuff. However, if mounted to something that shakes (ie mountain bike handlebars, seatpost, round frame, etc.), the thing will slip and you'll lose the shot and get ground/sky instead. It won't fall off, but it wont point at the same place. This means you have to think about the attachment a bit and clamp it to things it can't slip around, like a square frame section or thick plate. Probably would be fine if the jaws were rubberized.Things it needs for 5 stars:1. Rubberized jaws so it can actually hold onto circular things without slipping2. Included neck attachment so you don't have to chain together a bunch of pieces to get the angle/height you need.

GoPro clamp camera holder.
This after market clamp is an improvement over the OEM mount. Bigger jaws are a plus and the shorter handles make the whole mount smaller, easier to transport, etc. My only complaint is that the spring is very hard to compress. For me, I need to use both hands to open the clamp. This also means that the extra strength clamp will keep the camera firmly attached.

Overpriced, but useful
too expensive for what it is. You can do as well or better with a spring clamp from the hardware store ( $5), a small ball head ( $10) and some 1/4-20 screws, nuts and washers ( $1) to make your own clamp with articulating head. I can imagine using this one sometime, but the ball head on my home made clamp is much more versatile.

Great product, but if someone designs this with removable handles, I buy
Nice product. Can indeed hold 2 gopro's. It doesn't come with the GoPro screws. The biggest room for improvement is in the handles: the wide angle of the GoPro makes that when you direct the gopro towards the handles, these can easily appear in the image.

good accessory
With the small size and excellent quality of the GoPro, I'm always interested in new angles and pov shots. This clamp gives me opportunities that I might otherwise miss. A good addition to my GoPro bag.

awesome mount
I bought this figuring it wouldn't be as good as the official GoPro mount that is similar. Glad I was wrong. I used this on a recent vacation to Disney World. I used it to mount onto many of the ride cars to record my kid on those rides. I also used it to clamp the camera onto the tables during our character meals to record everything. It worked flawlessly!!

Awesome quality. Not for SUP board.
I actually bought this for SUP(stand up paddle board) only, but after I received it and tried to put it on my SUP, turned out that it won't fit on my SUP, cuz my SUP is to thick for this. So I figure out a way to put in on the life saving vest, and it works awesome. Soak into the salty ocean many times, and the metal parts are still rust free.

Good clamp, not as versatile as I thought it ...
Good clamp, not as versatile as I thought it would be. Also, pretty tough to get open. Which is nice, because it won't fall off. But bad because not everyone can open it.
