Pioneer Plastics 355C Clear Plastic Display Case for 1:18 Scale Cars, 13" W x 5.5" D x 5" H (Mailer Box)

Absolutely love the product! I initially wanted to buy a display case to hang on the wall, but considering the weight of the 1/18 scale, I reconsidered it is better to buy them individual cases to garage them on a sturdy desktop than to have a six car wreck when the wall anchors fail to hold the display cabinet. With past experience of Pioneer Plastics 1/24 cases a positive one, I bought these. I love they are sturdy and are not just straight cut pieces of plastic. And the backgrounds available or you can get creative and place your own. Also the bases being clear gives me the option to customize it my way with whatever. Duck tape sheets, foamies, felt, whatever. The possibilities are infinite. I will be ordering more. A quality Made in USA product. Let's support our nation and create jobs and make America grea again, no matter what kind of car you will display, foreign or domestic. You might not even have a car but rather an exotic collection you want to protect, this is the go-to product.

Even though I tend to buy cheap self-assembled acrylic cases for most of my figures, these are pretty much my go-to for Nendoroids and other small figures/plushies. Unlike the cheap acrylic, these are sturdier, don't need to be assembled, and stack nicely on one another. Probably less ideal for people who frequently take their figures in and out of their display, but it's not hard to lift the top from the base. These are a bit on the pricier side though, so it might be worthwhile to look for a display made of individuals panels unless you absolutely want to keep most air out.

These are great. Have purchased 6 so far in orders of 2, and they have all arrived in perfect condition. They are packed in a strong cardboard box and are wrapped in plastic inside that. Amazon packs them 2 to a shipping box and they arrive safely. Don't know how they would ship one, but I'm afraid they would just slap a label on the product box and let it go out like that. The cases are great though. Very clear and distortion free. The bottoms fit well. Only problems are the there is no way to fasten down your item, and they will open if you pick them up from the top when you have some weight in them.

I recently bought the two new NYCTA Batwing Fishbowl buses in 1:43 scale from Iconic Replicas. Very nice models, which are deserving of a display case. Was looking for the perfect size. This seemed to be it. Ordered the case. Arrived well-packed. No problems, everything is as expected. My bus fit perfectly inside of it. I am planning to buy another one for my other batwing bus. But the price recently doubled? Why? Probably still a good value for a display case.

I have ordered three of these cases to store my Nintendo Amiibo figurines. I was searching far and wide for something that would keep the figurines safe from dust and still remain usable. I am able to keep the figurines inside and scan the NFC of each figurine without removing them from the cases. To give an idea of scale, each case comfortably holds about (8) Amiibo characters which are about 4"x4"x4" - and there's still about 1.5" - 2" in height left. The case is made of a nice, clear acrylic plastic. The cases are sturdy, easy to open and close, and stack up quite nicely. Highly recommended!

A perfect clear display case for my needs.

This Pioneer display case is made of high quality clear plastic, with nice beveled corners that create a kind of custom appearance. Nice, tight fit between top cover, and bottom base. Altogether, a very attractive, well made, case that serves it purpose very well. Combined with a reasonable price it rates a high recommendation.

I got it to display a helicopter model for the widow of a buddy who died in a crash. It was important to look right, and the case did not detract from the display. Clear and scratch free.

Wrong dimensions in photo. Length is 33cm not 39cm. Doesn't fit my item. Other than that if it fits your item it's looks good.

I bought 4 of these for approximately $20 Canadian a piece. I see now they're selling for $57. These are good but NOT worth $57.
