Positively Probiotic Sour Cream | Heirloom Mesophilic Starter Culture

I've had some experience culturing foods, but not done sour cream or creme fraiche before (yes, this came with a packet of creme fraiche - very nice). I have to confess I'm starting again because I messed up by not making it frequently enough and not stirring my 2nd batch of sour cream properly - so, yeah, there's some fussiness with that, but standard for mesophilic cultures (heat milk to start, stir every so often & keep area clean). The flavor was good and I'm pleased.The shipping was also fast. I ordered on a Friday night, it's not a Prime order, so figured it would go out like Monday and be here sometime that week. It was shipped that very Friday night and arrived Monday.

The product came fairly quickly. First batch came somewhat gritty, but second one was smooth. Just a teaspoon from previous batch is enough to produce good results. I make it in InstantPot at temperature of 86 degrees. I used heavy cream instead of recommended half and half. Way better than store bought sour cream and can be produced in perpetuity. Highly recommend.

Don't buy it, there is nothing. I did everything like on receipt, but it doesn't work. Thanks for wasting my money.
