Charger for Auto hood attaching work light
Was looking for replacement charger for my led hood hanger light, this product was the same number and same charging ability but fail to charge the unit, not to say it does not work , it may just not for my application, can not see why as it is the exact model # with the same amp/ohms ect. Go figure.

Will not work on the device I bought it for because the voltage is too high.
I bought this to operate a control panel that needs 12 volts to operate, but this is really 16 volts. The panel will not even come on because of the wrong voltage, and I haven't found an other use for it so far. Waste of money because electronics often want the correct voltage.

Not the product described
First, the power supply actually sent was 500 mA and not 400. Second, when I hooked it up to a multi-meter it is actually 17 VDC and not 12... So it's way too much power than what I wanted.

Ordered Valcom VP-412A. Received.UpBright model: HC14041210. Description should have said "or equivalent" (which it wasn't) if they intended to not supply a true Valcom VP-412A. Returning item.
