Doesn't hold water! But great portable workout!
I just used this for the first second time this morning with some gravel/rocks I found near our hotel during a trip to Napa, CA. Helped me have a great workout using Pavel's Simple and Sinister programming. I was initially disappointed when I tried to use water for my weight. They aren't watertight, but it isn't clear that a separate water bladder has to be purchased and furthermore isn't available on Amazon. They were out of stock on the PKB website, but I signed up for email notification. So, good news/bad news. I liked the workout, but wish I could have been able to use water instead of hunting around to find some rocks.I've had some second thoughts at this point. Rocks/gravel work great and provide more weight than water, they can just be difficult to find sometimes and some places.

Works fine though mainly for 2-hand swings
I bought the 20kg model and I'm generally happy with it for 2-hand swings. But the handle is too flimsy for 1-arm swings: it digs into your hand. If they just used a little beefier handle, this would make this usable for 1-arm swings. I certainly wouldn't use this over my iron KBs - it's strictly for traveling. Sand fill is preferred but just plain dirt would work also. Having the PKB in a racked position for doing presses or using it for TGUs is a little wonky but doable. Snatches are also doable but the problem with the insufficient handle precludes doing very many at a time.Besides the need for a little beefier handle, it would be nice to have this with a 24kg capacity.

It's a good product in that you can adjust the weight quickly ...
It's a good product in that you can adjust the weight quickly and easily but the handles are too long which changes the weight distribution. The handle length makes it a little difficult for shorter people (with shorter arms) to get a nice swing on the kettlebell. Price is a little steep for the bag but compared to other adjustable kettlebells, it is affordable.

Fill PKB Kettlebell with play sand of steel shot
I really like the PKB Kettlebell. I bought a big (blue) bag - up to 45 lbs. Then bought a 50 lb bag of "Play Sand" at Home Depot. Put portions of 6-7lbs of sand into common plastic supermarket bags, tired them up, and put them one by one into the PKB. The total weight of PKB is 40lbs. I am quite satisfied with the result. I guess if I need more weight I could add some metal. One option could be "steel shot in bulk bags of 50#".

Great in Theory, but...
In theory, it's a great idea, a refillable kettlebell, But in execution, it's just an overpriced bowling ball bag. The handle is too small for proper two-handed kettlebell swings. And the handle is so far from the center of gravity that one-arm swings are uncomfortable. The sand inside is so unevenly distributed that most common kettlebell exercises won't feel right. I can't recommend this bag, especially at this price point. Do yourself a favor and buy some real kettlebells instead.

Great kettle bell for home workouts
I have the smaller yellow and red ones and bought the blue one to have a heavier weight.I love these because I don't have to worry about them damaging the floor. I have been mixing them up to use two different weights at the same time (yellow & red) and with the heavier blue weight I can now use the red & blue together for a tougher workout.I have had no problems and use these 4-5 times a week. Very durable.

Economical and well designed
This kettlebell is perfect. Not too big (will fit between legs for kettlebell swings), adjustable, and portable. The handle grips are also softer than traditional metal kettlebells so its easy on the hands. I find I can fit about 60 pounds max when I fill with wet sand. The only con to this is that the top doesn't seal fully, but it seals enough--I think it could use a zipper. A bit expensive, but it is very economical considering all the kettlebell this will replace. Very satisfied, great buy!

I was shocked and it's useless for my trip
It doesn't come with a water bladder. I was shocked and it's useless for my trip. It's just a bag with handles.
