Does it's job
I didn't even need to use any of the extensions. It lined right up with the bolt pattern on my TV which now hangs from the ceiling and can pivot around for easy viewing from anywhere in the room.

Unable to get level
I was unable to tighten the bolts such that it would keep the tv from tilting to the right (facing the tv). I am ordering the "VideoSecu LCD Plasma Flat Panel TV Ceiling Mount Bracket for most 30-60 inches LCD LED Plasma TV Flat Panel Displays MPC53B 1S5" in hopes that the TV will be level.

Great option when a wall is not available.
Easy to install and set-up. Very solid, TV swivels and tilts. Works perfectly. Make sure you bolt to a stud.
