Had cooler for over 6 months, works flawlessly, family loves the kcup feature, I love filling the jug up from the tap and having it filtered, water taste better than bottled no questions asked, the filter last long have yet to change it, there is even an option to have a britta filter instlled. A+++++An amazing product all around.
