Packaging not what I expected
The product came in a plain brown box. I've had this tea before and its very good. Don't plan on giving it as a gift because the brown box is not pretty at all. I had to return the product. If you like drinking tea, this is a fine product to add to your collections.

Looked the same—but did not taste the same
Did not taste as good as the ones I had in the Maldives

Great tea, basic packaging
I enjoy their teas & the variety. This came as 60 individually packaged tea bags (good) crammed into the shipping box. No other box to keep the bags in. Hence, 3 stars on packing & 2 on giftable. Their packets are a pretty design & colorful but you would need a container to make them giftable.

Great taste great variety
Thus is my favorite tea. I love the variety in the pack. It has everything from black, green to masala and milk oolong. The best deal for someone who likes different types of teas or you want to find the perfect tea for yourself.

That its a good quality product and represented well.
I was not happy with this product, the types of tea displayed was not what i got. Some of the types, I only got one of. Looks like all of the tea was thrown in a box. At the price of these teas, that did not impress me. Half the types of tea that i was sent i would not even drink. Not happy with this product!!

Not the right teas
I ordered the Basilur variety pack only because it said it had the Tangerine flavor tea which is my favorite that I can't find anywhere. Imagine my surprise when there wasn't any in the box. Most of what's listed is in the variety pack but a few of them are not. I'll find another new favorite tea and order from them.
