It is easy to write a glowing review of a product that you are pleased with - too easy in fact. Phrases like "Love it!", "Great!", and "High quality!" say nice things about a product, but, are so easy to produce, and to fake, that they have little more value than the number of stars we select on the product rating. This is not that review because my initial experience with the bath mats I purchased was not wonderful. I liked the mats appearance and they worked as I expected they would, but, on the first wash one of them unravelled along one edge (See picture). Irritated, I sent the seller an email with a picture of the damaged mat and an explanation of my experience. Within the hour I had a response from them apologizing for the problem and asking whether I wanted a refund or a replacement. Since the second mat was working out just fine, I chose a replacement. Two days later I received my replacement mat and it was perfect. I'm not giving the product a five star rating because it is the most awesome bath mat ever, but rather, because it is a very goood mat with a company that stands behind the product and responds to problems in a responsible way. This is very different from many companies that seek every means to avoid delivering good value to their customers (looking at you Health Insurance Industry). Any manufacturer can have a mistake with a product. The real test of the company is how they deal with those understandable errors, and this one hit it out of the park. I will definintely buy more products from them in the future becasue I know that if there is something wrong, they will make it right.

I love these cotton bath mats, great quality. They wash so beautifully, no shrinkage, no wrinkling, and beautiful colors. This was my third order and plan to order more. The weave does not pull, ball up, plus I was so glad there was little lint, it's actually made with quality materials. I highly recommend these beautiful bath mats. I hope you like them as much as I do.

Nice quality bath mat to step on out of the shower, instead of the tile floor. It is a nice color of gray and absorbent. Petfect size to drape over the side of the tub between uses and it is always dry when I need it again. It is nice to have 2 of them, so after a couple days of use I can replace with a fresh clean one, and launder the other. They hold up well to frequent laundering.

I am so glad I chose these bath mats. They are soft and absorbent, they don't slip, and they air dry quickly without that "wet towel left sitting" smell. I am leaning in the direction of buying a second set so each bathroom always has one at the ready. I put one in the wash pile recently, and then didn't wash. The next morning at shower time, I was like "NOOOO!" I didn't realize I would be so satisfied with these. I've asked myself often why I didn't buy them sooner.

I have purchased floor mats like this before through Amazon but this brand is much better, the quality is great, arrived in pristine condition, thick plush fabric, nice design, generously sized, easy to wash. Not sure how this will hold up over time but first impressions are great. It did off gas a toxic odor, hoping that will go away after first wash. Will update this review of things change.

So they size was bigger than I visioned, but that’s my fault for not measuring. I use the full size in front of my sink and fold it in half in front of the my shower.

We are wrapping up a bathroom remodel and I wanted something to use in front of the tub / shower that wouldn't need to stay down all the time. I decided to go with these, and they're just as I had hoped. The material is a nice, plush towel material. They washed up nicely and have a great color that matches what is shown in the pictures (we went with the dark gray).One of our mats had a snag in it out of the package, but we will trim it and see how it works out. The material is nice and thick and I'm sure it will dry nicely over the edge of the tub. Please note that these are MATS, not rugs. Think of a bath mat in a hotel... basically a smaller, usually thick towel that you can step out onto. These are not intended to be kept down all the time.

Very disappointed in these bath towel mats. In all fairness they arrived in a timely manner; are good size and weight; color is a darker gray, more towards a charcoal gray; and they are very soft. However, 2 major problems: one of the bath mats looked fine on arrival but the other looked like it was a "second". If you don't know what a "second" is it means it has flaws. I did not see in the posting where you were buying "second" or flawed items. The 2nd problem was that I immediately washed them and they had pilling all over! Thank goodness I did not wash them with anything else. They did not shrink and the color did not fade, but it took me an hour to remove all the little "pills". I will again wash them separately and if they have the "pilling" thing going on again I will send them to Goodwill. Knowing this, I would not purchase them again.

They are so nice, but the edge seams are failing. One arrived with a seam that was already coming undone.

Definitely Hotel quality, at a price that is most reasonable. Have been using for a few months now and the softness and quality is still there after several washings.
