The base is not 8x10. So don't buy it if you are looking to hold papers like I was.

if you don't care AT ALL what the tray looks like and want it only for function, it may be fine for you. even so instead of $6 it should be about $2. super super super cheap looking and i was TOTALLY prepared for it to be a cheap-looking tray.also do pay attention to the question that was asked/answered about the height and look closely at the photo. i failed to do those things and didn't get what i wanted at all...i wanted a 10 x 8 tray. well, actually, i wanted an 11" x 9.5" tray but who has one of those? :-)btw the overall dimensions are approx 10.5 x 8.5 by 1.5 high.the good news is that the big sticker on the back with the bar code now peels off easily. a small sticker with a number on it is harder to get off and leaves a residue. i was able to minimize the residue by scraping it with a fingernail all along the edges of the sticker around and around until it finally the sticker was sticking just a little in the middle then came off. i'll try goo gone.

This is a nice small plastic serving tray. It works well in the dishwasher. However the sticker on the bottom of the tray is very hard to get off. It also scratches easy. Be careful getting the sticker off, mine scratched with a hard sponge. This tray works well for small ice buckets or snacks.

Sometimes it is difficult to locate a seemingly simple item for specific need. This nice little serving tray fit my search to place next kitchen sink where I keep a pump bottle of hand soap, a small bottle of dish soap and a couple cleaning items. It keeps drips and spills off counter top. I am please with the practicality and price.

Perfect size for tv watching and eating

Heads up, the bar code stickers are stuck directly on the tray instead of the plastic wrapper. They were a good size thought and were good for what I needed.

I use this tray when I want to carry a number of small items from one room to another and it serves that purpose.

Okay - a little flimsy, but pretty much as expected.
