Rachael Ray Nutrish PEAK Real Meat Dog Treats, Grain Free

Got these last night and tried my dogs...all 3 snubbed them and I figured maybe they weren't in the mood. But they're always in the mood for treats. So, I tried again today and they will put them in their mouths but drop them right back out as they did last night. I smelled them and mercy they are strong! I put one in my mouth and MEH the taste of "smoke" is horrible! I re-read the ingredients and the only thing in there to do that is of course 'Natural Smoke Flavor'. It is Overkill in the treats. I've got one dog who will pretty much eat anything and I do mean A n y t h i n g. So, for these treats, it is a big'ol No.I'm not saying don't buy but remember these are Strong in smoke flavor and taste but overall the brand makes really good things for dogs. They currently eat the brand in beef dog food.

Our dog wouldn't eat his dry dog food. We took him to the vet several times because we were concerned about him. We finally learned we had a spoiled dog and he just wanted treats; now we give him only 1 treat in the morning and break up several other Nutrish Peak treats in his dry dog food and he will eat all of his food.

My pups absolutely love these treats. They are moist and soft and smell just like a piece of beef. The treats are also a good size. Not to small for a nice special treat and not so big that I would save it for once a week. When my very picky senior Great Dane was recovering from a critical illness this was one of the first solid foods he would eat without being forced. It's a testament to the delicious flavor as he isn't one to eat something unless it's very tasty (at least I think that's the case as the things he likes usually make my other pups go crazy).

Dog loves the treats but the bags that were sent expire in 10 days. Should have known the sale price was to good to be true.

The old dog is getting fussy like the little dog is naturally. Both have good teeth & gums, just prefer the canned food over dry. We feed dry food in the morning and crumble one treat over each dog’s ration and they gobble it up. Then, canned & dry mix in the evening. Keeps them from begging for snacks throughout the day, and keeps their hunger at bay. A little expensive but does save in eliminating the purchasing of additional, high calorie snacks.

These are Chewys favorite duck treats and he goes crazy for duck!!! If I let this bag down where he could reach them he would know its naughty but would tear into it and eat them all anyways. He has no self control. 😂😂 So super tasty and tender!! He might be a little spoiled but why not?? Its for your best friend!! 😁😂😂 These are his absolute fave!!!!

My dog loves these. I can’t attest to the flavor of course, but my dog loves them and can’t wait to get his treat. All of Rachel Ray’s dog treats seem to have the same affect on my Mickey. So I have to trust his judgment.

My dogs loved them. It smells so good that even I want to try some. They are usually very skeptical about first tries. They smelled it the moment the packaging is open. The excitement overwhelmed them. I’ve never seen my dogs this excited over any other treat.
