(MWPC6X2 Six-Wheel Pastry Cutter

Several people talked about the wheels not staying put, but I used this thing for the first time last night and it made perfectly straight cuts in shortbread 3/4" thick and 15 inches long. Seems like good quality. If anything changes after some time, I'll post it, but I'm thinking these things will be good for the long run.

The best tool any baker can have if you work with fondant. It cuts your strips of fondant in a jiffy and to the desired length. Perfect for when you need to work with cake edges, etc.

It’s works as intended. However it’s rusted at all the rivets and joints just sitting in the drying rack after a wash. Disappointed

This is super easy to use either for cutting, or for scoring, baked goods. I introduced it to the bakery where I work. They love how it provides perfect, standard sized brownies and sheet pies. This tool eliminated the odd sized pieces that sometimes resulted from 'eyeing' it. Easily made up the cost of the cutter by eliminating waste. I use it at home, too.

I wish I had kept my money and continued using a ruler. It does not lock or stay. so unless you can hold this cutter at the exact size the entire time you're cutting then it will not work for you. Also, the wheels are wobbly. No straight even lines with wobbly wheels. If you do not need clean even strips for your project then this might be great for you. However if you do need stability in a wheel cutter then keep shopping.
