Bought as a gift and wasn’t going to open it. Got curious and opened it and caught the lid being dirty. I’m glad I looked inside.

I had high hopes for these containers, but sadly, they fall a little short.Pros: They do keep foods separate.They are east to clean - loved that part.The portion sizes are great.Cons: Little pricy for something that doesn't work as well as I needed them to.I tried every tip and trick online to get them to stay trying warm and the best I could get to was "warm enough to eat." My girls were excited to try being able to take more warm meal options to school, but we are back to only what can fit in a thermos for hot foods or cold lunches.

I wish they made this without the metal - I know it's stronger that way but I often have foods I would like to reheat and this doesn't allow for that. Otherwise I love the different sizes and the ability to mix and match depending on my foods that day

Very cute love the 2 compartments but i bought it to keep my kids lunch warm, even after heating up the lunch container and heating up the food, it gets cold in less than 2 hrs.

I purchased this for my kids since their appetites have been growing. This is appropriate for an adult or two! It's pretty large. This is a nice looking bento, but definitely has some drawbacks.Pros:-Very big, but you can reduce the size to what you need.-Easy to clean- Comes with an insulated carrying case-Nice design-Stainless steel interiorCons:-Doesn't keep the food warm. After 2 hours, it just felt like room temperature.-I put two hot items on top of eachother and it vacuum sealed it shut. Due to the size of some of the layers it's hard to unscrew when this happens. I couldn't open it until after 24 hours.

I love it , it is convenient however, l wish it would keep my food warmer

The color is exactly as pictured and unlike some of the other comments, mine came with a functional pack bag and non-damaged cutlery.There was a sticky residue that came on the bento box that needed to be scrubbed as soon as I opened it.My first use and I understand the comments of it being difficult to open, I wouldn’t suggest for someone with arthritis or trouble gripping things. It’s bigger than expected so that is a plus! Overall I am excited to take it to work tomorrow and would order another one if it came exactly like the one I just got.

Love the product, easy to clean, adjustable however the one of the latches broke within 2-4 days of use. I don know if its me/ my husband who breaks it ir it was crooked from the manufacturer. still operational though. Food is warm if packed hot. i keep ice with salad, so that works as well. There is a small room between the top most over and the box which i use to keep napkin, toothpick and wet tissue. overall is a good quality product.

Salad dressing leaked out into my daughters back pack today.If you’re looking for a stainless steel surfaces bento box then this will do. It’s not a reliable leak proof container. I do not use the insulated bag it comes with because it smells of chemicals and if may be toxic.

not meant to keep food long time. you just pour hot water into the bottom container to warm the food up for a few minutes when you are ready to eat.

Beautiful in look but do not keep food warm.

Product is not good quality. I bought this product last November and now its useless! Lid locking mechanism broke/detached from the lid after almost two months of use.

It doesn't keep the food warm more than 2 hrs, waste of money
