Contrary to several reviews, mine shipped perfect (nothing broken or missing). It was packaged pretty well. I hang my ties on it and it works fine. Only drawback, is that the black velvet leaves black lint on ties (nothing a lint roller can’t fix).

Great way to hang ties
I bought this to hang all my boyfriends ties on and it's perfect! It's slim so doesn't take up much space In our full wardrobe and the flocked coating keeps the ties in place so they don't slip off. Also you can see all the different ties and access each one individually. I would definitely recommend this to someone who has a lot of ties. It makes life much easier.
