Great lights - 8 pack
Photos Added:Bought the eight-pack landscape lights for my setup and the install, aside from digging 125-ft of trench for the low voltage wire, was easy.Product is very well packaged. Have photos, but the review won't allow upload of photos for some reason? Unboxing was time consuming due to all the packaging and boxes these units come in, but is worth the effort. These units are not cheap little plastic landscape lights, they are all metal (including the spike). I'm guessing they're made from aluminum. The only plastic in the product is the couplers between the two pieces of the staking post. The lamp housing is metal and the lens appears to be acrylic or some type of polycabonite lense. The LED appears to be well made, single diode on a small printed circuit board, with some rather large resistors or capacitors above the PCB board. The low voltage wire is fed down the staking tubes and out the bottom to a really nice low-voltage clamp to attach to a primary low voltage supply wire for the overall setup. The light output is not too bright, soft-warm white (3000k) as advertised. The light distribution is directly down on the ground and extends about 5-ft out and about 6-ft to each side in a rectangular distribution. There is no uplight associated with these units, so they are certainly dark-sky friendly, which is what drew me to them. They are stylish and look built to last the ever changing seasons.Wish I could upload some photos, but Amazon's review product does not, for some reason, have a button any longer to allow photo uploads with a product review? Too bad, I took really good detailed photos, as these are nice units in a complete package.UPDATE 02/14/24: Well after 4-years time and 3-years of nightly use one unit burned out/failed. What a bummer, such nice lights too.

GOOD PRODUCT - BEAUTIFUL LIGHTS
Purchased this set of 8 plus 4 additional lights. Took me about 2 hours to put all the parts together (some were more difficult than others to screw together), but once together they were very easy to install on the cable. The connectors are great -- very easy to use. I've used many different brands of connectors in the past and they were difficult to use, expensive and not reliable. These connectors came already installed on the fixture and were super easy to install. The fixtures are path lights -- very nice contemporary look -- so the light is directed down to the ground. I didn't want my yard to look like an amusement park or airport runway with glaring lights and these fill the bill. They are 100 lumens so the light is subtle, warm, but not overly bright. If you are looking for very bright lights these are not for you. I have the 12 fixtures installed on two 100 foot 14/2 cable lengths on the Goodsmann 120w transformer. I've had several different brands of transformers in the past and this Goodsmann transformer was the easiest to program. Overall, I am very pleased with this brand and their products.

Look great and very easy to install
I’ve purchased about 12 packs of these lights over several years now. Lightweight material but they look great and the oldest ones have been in use with no deterioration for three years now and still look great. The connection to the cable is very very easy and quick to use, especially if laying new cable (the ten year old cable is was tapping into the first time I used these was pretty hardened so took a little more care). The connection looked to me a bit flimsy at first glance and I worried it may prove unreliable but three years on they are still going strong despite unbelievable mass-flood-inducing levels of rain last winter.Bottom line I keep going back and buying more.

Finally..A Great Product.
I rarely write reviews unless something is exceptional...good or bad. I spent months checking out new lights for our walkway. We had some LED Allen & Roth lights that worked well for many years but they slowly broke as the stems were kind flimsy. These lights showed up on time, were packages VERY well, beautiful paint job on them, very strong and super easy to assemble....no crappy threads that never seem to line up. These just compression fit together by sliding one piece into another. The other real nice thing is the stakes are metal, not plastic. Connecting was easy as well, no splicing or wire nuts, just screw then over your low voltage wire and bing....light. At .6w they we not quite as bight as the Allen and Roth 1w lights but cast a nice, warm light and since I had 8 of them I placed them 4' apart which left most of the walkway lit up nicely....GREAT PRODUCT!

Awesome Pathway Light
Wanted to update/upgrade my pathway lighting after 7 years. In 2013 I purchased 5 top of the line Kitchler pathway lights at $160 per light. The lamps started to fail in the first few years so I would remove one and relocate the others to balance the lighting until the last one failed this summer. I wasn't going to pay that kind of money again for something that wasn't going to last long. I looked into these Goodsmann and read a lot of positive reviews. I ordered one ($28.98) on Amazon Prime just to try. It arrived the next day. I was really surprised at the quality of the light, the packaging and ease of implementing into my system. I had the light working in less than 30 minutes from opening the box. The next day I ordered 4 more and they are awesome. So I have $150 invested in 5 of the lights, where it would have cost me $184 for 1 Kitchler Light. Its really a no brainer. I can replace these ever couple years at the money I saved. Time will tell how long these will last or if I'll have issues down the road, but I'm very satisfied and pleased with these lights.

Disappointing
The light fixtures are good looking but if you bump them a time or 2 the threads within the aluminum post at the bottom are ruined and they will not stand up straight afterward. I have contacted the company by phone a couple of times trying to get replacement parts and also wrote them to no avail. BTW this morning when I called, there was no answer at all. I would stay away from this product if you want something that lasts or any type of product support. Jim Hallar, Vancouver Wa.

They were expensive but beautiful.
The lights look great but the timer has to be reset frequently.
