I was hoping to up my dopamine with this but dosed cautiously after reading about sinus issues. Seems the histamine stimulation can be excessive for some people. Sure enough, makes my nose run. Too bad.

I think that it does raise the dopamine in your brain somewhat. However, I also got a bad case of indigestion.
