These grips are a must have when you use them the weight feels heavier and you feel your muscles working differently straight away and used them on me ropes and my triceps blew up big time I felt it after that session best things out there

The Fat Gripz instantly activated my grip, from day one I could feel my grip improving, it has instantly become a staple of my workouts; curls, side raises, forearm curls - they all feel more rewarding as my grip gets trained without being the limiting factor, albeit the grip is close to failing once the target muscle has reached failure. I was a bit skeptical at first, but optimistic. For the reasonable price I thought I would give them a go after hearing legendary YouTuber Alex Leonidas speak highly of them. They are well worth the money, the quality is outstanding, they feel very premium. Seeking to minimise grip as a limiting factor, straps have helped speed-run my progress on compound pulling lifts. However, much is left for improvement regarding my grip, and although I have done forearm curls for a long time they don't hit grip - the Fat Gripz help equalise the use of straps. Lastly, the Fat Gripz give support on pushing movements, such as JM press, it makes the lift much more comfortable because it reduces the amount of double forearm contraction (clenched fist + flexed wrist) required for the lift. They are very sturdy and easy to fit onto the bar.

The build quality on these is excellent, I just know they will last a long time. The seller is super helpful giving information on the best ways to use them. Gave them a good go the other night and all though it felt just as easy doing bicep curls while using these, you knew something was different after you finished each set, it was like it slowly caught up and the work out felt like it took more out of you without actually being hard. And you definately get a bit more of a forearm pump. Looking forward to trying it on other exercises.

Very happy with them give your arms a pump like never before. Recommended for anyone who wants to take to the next level. I use them all the time even on bench press I'm not shore if it's recommended for it but it's my choice use them responsible and follow there guides

I have never used fat grips before but my PT said it would be helpful to build up my grip strength. Not been using them for long but I am certainly noticing a difference in my grip. Up to a 25kg farmers walk in a couple of weeks & for a 67 year old I feel it is getting there. They are so good this is the second set I have purchased one to use at home the other in my gym bag 10/10/
