Empire Sierra 14 ounce coffee mugs are perfect for diner, catering and restaurant use. Decent quality B grade stoneware (slight imperfections- not perfect but most users won't even notice the very small ripples or indentations that are very common in this type of stoneware.) You customers or guests will appreciate the larger 14 oz mug size compared to the usual 10 oz mugs many places use. I like them. They where pack in a box that came in a box that contained four boxes and each of those four boxes had six mugs each. They are a nice size. I bought them for my office so that people using the Keurig coffee maker would not have to keep using disposable cups. I have not found any bumps or blemishes in any of the mugs.None of my mugs were damaged in shipping but I can see if the box were to have been mishandled then some of the mugs might have been broken but mine were perfect.

Great mugs! They are comfortable to hold and they fit nicely in my hand. Product arrived safely, no broken mugs or chips. The mugs are a nice size for large cups of coffee from Keurig machine. I would order again, and just might when I'm out of these. I personalize and give them as gifts and people seem to really like them. The price is good and likely mugs from the dollar store would be smaller than I would like. The only negatives are they are made in China so who knows what materials were used to make them and arrived quite dusty and dirty, not a big deal as I wash them anyway.
