Helps me a lot.

I have been on a prescription medication for arthritis. Didn't seem to do much. Thought I'd give this a try. I've been taking this for a month. My morning stiffness is much better, I have arthritis in every joint, this product works.

Strong unpleasant odor (spoiled spaghetti & meatballs?), and slight yellowish coloring. My first time taking SAM-e, so I thought this might be usual (until I read reviews by others).Approximately an hour after taking the capsule, I began experiencing stomach upset, headache, and a feeling of overheating in my head. I began smelling the same unpleasant odor, even though other people said they did not smell it, when I exhaled. I also developed muscle aches.I did notice a positive increase in sensitivity to other smells through the rest of the day, as I have had a reduced sense of smell for a long time. I also noticed a boost in mental clarity for a few hours.

USED THIS PRODUCT FOR DEPRESSION AND MOOD!

I bought these Sam-e supplement capsules after searching for something to relieve trembling in my left hand. While they do provide some relief they are only minimally effective and caused me to have constipation.

I take one every morning and noticed improvement in mood and energy almost immediately. Would recommend.

Very pleased with this brand. I love that it's made in the USA and the capsules are much easier to swallow than the huge tablets from other companies.

I usually take nature made but wanted to try these at times I will put in pocket and take at work with lunch. Not these omg they have an awful smell and it's strong but they seem to work my mood is ok and no back pain
