Not comfortable
I prefer an led set of lights that do not get hot.

Pretty Nice Kit!
You can't beat the price for what you're getting. It's obviously not meant to be a professional set up, but with proper setup and light positioning, you can achieve some great results! If you're new to using a green screen, as I was, then it's a good idea to watch as many Youtube videos as you can.The only real issue I had was that the green fabric is very thin and you really need a solid colored wall behind it. I placed mine a couple of feet in front of my fireplace in my livingroom and this made it very hard to get a consistent green color across the fabric. Items on the fireplace mantel were showing through, for example. I eventually had to hang a white sheet over the fireplace and this helped. Placement of the lights is key here. The screen will be wrinkled but, because it is so thin, my clothes steamer easily got the wrinkles out. Just hang the screen on the stands, stretch the fabric out using some muslin clamps ( Emart Heavy Duty Muslin Spring Clamps, 4.5 inch Photo Booth Backdrop Clips for Photography Studio - 6 Pack ), and go over the screen with you steamer. The screen stand and all the light stands did their job. Just be advised not to tighten any of the height adjustment knobs too much. Just enough to hold and no more. My past experience with light stands for bands and DJ's is that these knobs are of cheap material and eventually always strip. The light bulbs themselves were adequate. The overhead light is plenty bright. The two lights for the screen were the trickiest. It took several different positions before I was able to get a nice consistent lighting across screen. Brighter lights here would have helped, but again, for the price you can't complain.I really like that everything packs down into the included carrying case. In fact, it ships to you already packed in the case so, it may be advisable to take some pictures as you pull stuff out so you can get it all back in. It's really not hard to do. Also be advised to use extreme caution when opening your box for the first time. If you cut the packing tape or the box too deep, you will cut the carrying case.I included a before and after shot of a video I made of my daughter. She's a teacher and was tasked to make a brief instructional video. The classroom is not hers, just some picture I found on the web. Hope this helps!

Manage your expectations and this is really a great set.
Like probably everyone else, I opened this up for the first time and thought "Oh crap - what is this junk?". But after actually using it for the first time, I've come around.First of all, if your goal is to create a Chroma-keyed video this will absolutely give you professional results. I was able to get a nice clean key using this with a cheap Nikon Dslr. The lights are very bright and with minimal fuss I was able to get gorgeous video and good seperation between the subject and the background. It would probably be better to have some lights to point at the green screen in addition to the subject/hair light, but it worked well and Final Cut Pro had no problem separating the background.A couple of things to be aware of:1. You will definitely need some clamps to make the muslin smooth. A certain orange big-box home improvement store makes some terrific metal ones for .99 each - you will need 8 or 10.2. The muslin is practically transparent, so if you can't put it directly in front of a blank wall, whatever is behind it will show through and mess up your key. Thankfully I had some blackout cloth on hand to clamp behind it which solved the problem. You will need this if you don't have any.3. They don't give you anything to put in the weight bag to counterbalance the hair light on the boom-arm. I found that a couple of cans of canned vegetables fit in the bag and were the perfect weight to hold it steady.Yes, the construction of the stands is very low quality - the metal is paper thin, the joint clamps are all plastic - but think for a second about what you're getting. This includes 9 fairly expensive CFL bulbs that would probably cost $90-100 by themselves. You also get five stands, three light boxes, a muslin and a carrying bag. That's really a lot to ask for the price. Will this hold up to professional use and lots of teardowns and setups? No. But if you are a prosumer or hobbyist this will certainly get you started - maybe even last you a long time if you treat it with kid gloves. I view it as a very basic starter kit that will allow me to get started with green screening, and I can replace the pieces with higher quality stands and lights as these break. Just one professional light stand and light would cost several times what this entire kit does. When you put it in those terms, I think it's kind of a deal.
