Good to go
I noticed that these reviews are missing pictures, so I attached some here. As you can see, these are nice and compact (dollar bill for size comparison in pictures), very lightweight, and seem durable. They don't unfold easily, which I like... you don't want the thing folding and unfolding while you're trying to look through them. Also included is a strap, case, lens cleaner, and manual. The strap and case are not top of the line or anything. but they get the job done. As described, the eyecups twist up and down - I included a picture of one eyecup fully extended, the other twisted all the way down.Supposedly, porro prism binos are inherently brighter than roof prism binos. I don't have a set of 8x25 porro prisms to compare these to, so I can't say for sure. I can say that these give a nice, bight, crisp image.Disclaimer, I'm not a bird watcher or any kind of expert on binoculars. This is my first set that I wanted for hiking and hunting. This is a 5-star rating not because they're the most amazing binos on the market, but because they get the job done for a great price. If you're looking for small set of rugged binos, this is a good bet.

Great little pair of binoculars and at a bargain price
I bought the 8x25 version of these binoculars and was immediately impressed at the quality of the optics. The view is sharp, clear, and they are well collimated with very good color correction. There is very little chromatic aberration or color fringing. My more expensive Vortex 8x42 binoculars have a wider field of view and more light gathering power, but these little H2O binoculars aren’t far behind in resolution. Eye relief is acceptable with glasses and good without them. The close focusing is about 15 feet, not as good as more expensive binoculars but fine for travel binoculars. To go along with the good optics, they’re water-proof. The case is just adequate and has no strap but this is not really a problem since I discovered that I can use the strap on the binoculars to carry them around with the case on. At about $45 they are a real bargain.

Clear, compact, amazing but diopter hard to adjust
Bought these for a trip and im satisfied with the performance--as long as I don't compare em with my brothers legend ultra HD 10x42, that is. Otherwise, i am frequently surprised and amazed about how I could see and notice so many distant objects with these that I normally wouldn't with the naked eye.ProsI love the compact and grippy design which keeps it light so I can just hang em on my neck and forget I'm wearing em even in long challenging 3 to 4-hour hikes. Meanwhile, my bro ends up leaving his behind coz his more powerful but heavier and larger binos are just too heavy and burdensome.ConsThe right diopter adjustment is just a bit too tough thus making it a bit difficult to adjust. Sometimes you need to readjust tho other times, it's my eye with the problem coz even without the binos, my eyes are less clear maybe due to astigmatism or dryness. If the adjuster was easier to turn, I'd probably give it 5 stars. When I peer through these, I keep asking how much clearer can it get?? Overall, happy with the purchase.

Superb value binoculars
For the price I paid, these 8 x 25 binoculars represent an incredibly superb value. They are quite decently sharp, bright enough for daylight use, are very compact, rugged and grippy, come in a nice little soft case, and are perfect for a “spare pair” to put in the glove box of the car or truck. No, they aren’t optically equivalent to units costing up to 10 times more, but they are very pleasing to look through with a reasonably sharp image with some softening at the edges. If they are truly waterproof and fog proof (only time will tell), I will be incredibly impressed. I will report back if I find something to the contrary.

Excellent for the price
These are very nice binoculars. Easy to use, focus and not heavy. They come with a nice soft storage case, strap and lense cleaning cloth. The strap seems worthy of use, but isn't iron clad obviously.I generally keep these in the glovebox to check out the trail ahead or nature when off road and they have been great every time. They are also very crisp and don't seem to distort anything as far as I can tell. The twist up eye pieces are very valuable when one person in the group wears glasses, but it's just as easy to use them without glasses and adjust the focus. If you're looking for these to use at a game, concert or bird watching they'll be great. They feel very well constructed and solid in the hand.

Nice Size and Quality for Bird Watching, and can fit in a pocket or purse.
I like the 8x25 size. They are small enough to keep in my shorts pocket, and give a nice view. The popular traditional 7x35 size works great, but are too big to carry in my pocket. The 8x21 size fits better in my pocket, but the field of vision is smaller. Like comparing a 19" TV to a 32" TV.I like the 8 power. The 10 power would take to long to find the bird, and you would need very non shaky hands.I wish the case was a bit bigger so it could hold the binoculars and the strap.I take off my glasses to use them. I am a very myopic -6 prescription, and it just works for me. If I were a -8 or more, it probably wouldn't get in correct focus.Very glad I bought them.
