Great little dishes! After reading the other reviews, I was worried about them arrive broken or being poorly sealed and causing mold, but I am happy to report that I had none of those issues. To be fair, my full set does not get heavy use, I only use them on certain occasions when hosting. The 5 I do use more frequently have held up well. I hand-wash and let them air dry fully before putting away, and have not had any molding problems. They feel very sturdy and don't seem like they would break easily. These dishes are the perfect size for soy sauce, oil for dipping bread, and other dipping sauces. For parties, I use them for small portions of desserts/appetizers (petite fours, little pudding parfaits, small fruit kabobs), as well as charcutterie boards (ie maple butter, nuts, pomegranate seeds). I have also used them for "build your own" food nights, putting out different herbs and seasonings in them, scallions, sprinkles, etc. Definitely pay attention to size though; they are VERY small, but worked perfectly for my needs. Highly recommend these versatile little dishes if you host frequently or want a fun way to serve sauces! Bonus: kids absolutely love these mini dishes; my toddler is delighted any time I break them out for her. (They are ceramic, so make sure your kid isn't one to throw his/her dishware lol).

Lovely small dipping bowls. I find them perfect to mix a few ingredients to check for compatibility when I am creating. Great small portion leftover dish for next morning omelet folliwing Jacques Pepin's mindset. I place my daily supplements in one and none are forgotten.. or left in question if I had taken it already.

I love these. I use them for holding peeled garlic. I peel enough garlic for 3 or 4 meals and set them where they are handy fir cooking. If I have herbs or spices to add to a dish, I measure them onto the little dish and the spices are ready when I am. I have used them as a spoon drip took. The quality is good. I'm more than satisfied with this purchase.

I bought these primarily for dipping sushi and other small items. Since I have so many of them -- I decided to go for the 25 pack, thanks to the nice price -- I'll use them for spices and other purposes around the kitchen. These arrived well packaged and are nicely made and glazed little bowls. The size is slightly larger than the advertised one ounce. Bowl geometry is a touch weird in my opinion. Instead of slanting up into a more cup-like shape, the sides slant slightly outward. I've taken a star off for this, as aesthetically I think these are not as pleasing as another set I own that are slightly smaller and better rounded at the top. Purely subjective of course. All in all a pretty nice choice and good value. Whether or not you like the form factor is up to you.

Perfect little bowls for decoupage! We used them for a Christmas craft with students and the attached tissue pictures with Mod Podge. They came out super cute. None of them were broken; packaged well!
