Heine quality
Hands down the best engineered blood pressure cuff you can buy. Definitely a little pricey, but well worth the money.

The Best
My first one lasted over 20 years and finally gave up the ghost. I see the new one is improved easier to operate one handed. Smoother deflation, easier to read. Great purchase.

Not as good as they used to be.
I've used my Heine Gamma 300 for decades with no issues. I decided to try out the new Gamma G7 but to be honest it is a bit of a letdown. My two main complaints are that the pressure release adjustment isn't easy to control and that the cuff bladders disintegrate way too early. With my Gamma 300, I can deflate slowly to systolic then rapidly deflate to near diastolic and slow back down to hear diastolic. This increases patient comfort and saves everybody's time. This is nearly impossible with the G7. My decades old Gamma 300 cuffs are in perfect shape while my new G7 air bladders are literally disintegrating. The only positive things I can say about the G7 is that the cuff cloth is more durable and the fact that Heine will service the G7 for the time being, should you have issues. They eventually will stop serving it however, like the Gamma 300.
