This charger would be perfect, however it will not start charging my laptop unless the power on the laptop is off.Once the charging starts, you can turn the laptop on and use it while its charging - it charges well and quickly - but is really let down by not being able to plug in and play without a restart; when that dreaded low battery symbol pops up!Was looking for a complete replacement to the chinese plug provided with Xiaomi Air 13.3, and unless i'm missing something really simple here will have to keep looking.Of course at some point if i find a way to get this plug working whilst the laptop is already on.. sure i'll change my review to 5/5 - as it would be great! Also not sure this would be a problem on other devices (however Xiaomi Air is listed as compatible).Best of luck!

I bought two of these (one for me and one for my brother), but after opening them, only one of them works. I don't know if that is because one of them shipped was a slightly broken one or damaged during shipping. Both chargers are being used on the same model of laptop, and when I use the working one on my laptop it works too, so it is my charger instead of the laptop. It also does not charge my phone, which the other one does. The one that works is amazing, much lighter, smaller and more convenient than the charger that came with the laptop, it's just a shame that one of them is faulty and does not work.NOTE: USB-C cable works, i can connect my phone and laptop together using the same port on the laptop and it works fine, so I presume that it is the plug end of it that is faulty, not the cable.If anything can be done to help me with mine (the faulty one) that would be amazing because the other one works flawlessly.

A bit disappointed. Buying an Apple charger is really expensive specially if it’s something for a work laptop. I brought this thinking it would be a cheaper option that worked well.When it charges it continues my bleeps(on the Mac when it goes in an out of charging) maybe it’s a connection but my Apple charger works fine. So it must be this charger.

it only worked on one item and slowly (a phone), but didn't power the laptop it was advertised for, very poor, if I could I would rate it zero stars

Laptop won't turn on or charge if the computer is on low battery. It only charges the laptop if the laptop is running and can 'talk' to request the power. Useless for me, wish I wasn't out of return period, my bad.

Perfect replacement for my Asus zenbook charger. Works very well and powers any USB-C device. Tested with Asus ZenBook, Samsung S10 and Samsung S8 whilst on recent trip. Perfect performance. Good value and well packaged
