I wanted to take a few of these before I gave my review.I have taken all most everything they sell for NAD ( NAD3, NR, NMN, NAD+)My body is very sensitive to any NAD product. it took a few doses before I liked thisproduct. I started taking it as a booster mid afternoon. It upset my stomach but,afterwards I took it right after my Lunch and it works great now. I can feel a boostbut it takes 30 min to 45 min for it too work....I will buy it agian
