ASURION 3 Year Floorcare Extended Protection Plan ($125 - $149.99)

I’ve owned this machine for a month and use I many times. I cleaned my shower stall twice, cleaned the upholstery in my truck, a painted brick wall, the wheels on my wife Honda, and many other surfaces. The tool selection is very good. I used the small plastic brush for the tile. I was not sure how to tell when the water was gone in the tank. I found that the steam pressure just fades to nothing. When that happens I turned off the power. Held the handle and continued releasing the pressure until the cap became able to remove. The cap has a safety valve like a pressure cooker. It locks when the pressure is up. When the cap is off just refill with water, screw the cap on again , and then flip the switch. There’s a light that comes on when it’s heating up, when the light goes off it’s ready. There is no need to go fast as the unit can just sit still if you’re busy with other chores. When finished always poor out the water from the tank. Then when you use it the next time you won’t over fill the tank.

My robot vacuum stopped working after less than a year. I contacted Asurion warranty, they told me I was covered, sent me a return label, and told me as soon as I sent back the vacuum they would reimburse me for the full original cost of the vacuum through a gift card to Amazon.

My vacuum cleaner broke during normal use and I was nervous that filing a claim would be annoying, time consuming and disappointing. It was so easy. I was able to file a claim through the app and get instant results. I was sent a gift card to replace the item and that was usable in less than an hour. Great service! I have so much more faith in buying a warranty now.

Loved the vacuum but short life is unfortunate and glad I got the extended warranty via Asurion

I thought I was reviewing the protection plan but so far the stick vac is working fine. And Asurion's extended protection is well worth the cost and easy to use on a previous product that failed. Would buy this current item and plan again.
