Gave me terrible nightmares! This tea really helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. But, valerian root can apparently cause bad dreams. I have the same problem with melatonin.

This is a great bedtime tea. It works well and tastes nice.

I drink this every night and it helps me to get sleepy. Keeps me from sitting on my phone all night like I often do if I go to bed before the sleepiness hits.

Recommend brewing the maximum 6 min to get the full effect of the tea. Add a little honey. Great

Received product today Jan. 23 rd. Says new, expiration date 03/24.That’s a month and a half away,.I thought tea lasts longer than that., and I can’t return it.Check with the buyer for the exp. date before you buy.
