they are actually serrated, but the serration is not very deep and barely visible.

When I seen the photos, it seemed as if the bit was flared out , which is excellent at filling the slots of a screw and holds on better. But, it's just a average ole bit. No need to wait for theses to be shipped to you, they are a dime a dozen at the big box retailers.

These tips were fantastic and exactly what we needed! Their sheep and I'm guessing the cash marks along the fins of the Phillips head help keep this drywall tips seated even at funny angles and high speeds. Only one other tip has been as good for driving drywall screws, unfortunately they are incredibly scarce and ridiculously difficult to locate so I'll be buying plenty of these Ivy's because at this point I can't imagine going back to a standard phillips tip at least in any kind of drywall application.

I've had a couple of sample ACR2 bits that I got years ago and used now and then, and really love the way they bite into the screw heads. After wearing out the tips on a handful of "normal" #2Phillips bits I decided to upgrade everything I could.These came 20 pcs in a big tic-tac box with a hang tab that pops off easily, so it's easy to drop into a tool box or bag. For home use this might be a lifetime supply. Or since Xmas is coming, maybe stocking stuffers??The shape on these suggests they're forged, the box indicates they're hardened and made in Taiwan (not PRC) so might not be junk, and they fit the recesses in a few screws I tried.Only caution, and this applies to any ACR2--either set your driver clutch or learn to feather your trigger (or wrist). Since then bit doesn't cam out once the screw hits home it's kinda easy to pop heads off.

The 500 pack come mixed with ACR and smooth bits, 100 pack comes all smooth bits. The 20 pack comes as expected. Great bits, works well last a long time. it would be nice if they were all ACR bits as ordered. If I wanted smooth bits I would have ordered smooth. This company has both styles here on Amazon.

Compré estas puntas (bits) porque rompo muchas, tanto las "buenas/caras" como las más sencillas, y al ver ese precio de 100 unidades por 7€, pensé que por malas que fueran eran muy baratas. Mi sorpresa llega al comprobar que, no es que sean unas Wera o Wiha (u otras de ese tipo), pero aguantan mucho más que las típicas puntas de los chinos que al primer apriete o se rompen o saltan redondeando la cabeza del tornillo. Las uso con máquina sin impacto.
