petisfam Dog Booster Car Seat for Small Dogs

Our 9 lb chihuahua mix got comfy real quick. Fast installation, looping a seat belt through the back of the booster. Gives good height to view out the window. Sturdy and soft interior that is detachable to wash.I like that we can fold it up for storage and doesn’t require too much maintenance for up keep on our seats since she sheds.One con for me is, I wished there was a hole to loop through the booster for the leash-buckle because now I’m using one seat belt to buckle in the booster, and another for the leash. Overall, I’m glad our furbaby is comfortable.

Spent a lot of time looking for a good booster seat option for my pups. Glad I found this, especially for price! I like the way it feels, love that you are able to secure it through the back with the seat belt into place.I did need to put stuff underneath the booster seat to help secure it a bit - since my dogs are small I really had to set this up high so they could see out; which made the front of it bit droopy/saggy and I was worried it could bust the booster seat. But that's a super easy fix, I have a pillow and an coat under to help lift up the front end. Feels nice and secure. My dogs like it a lot!Pictured above two ten-ish pound chis.

My baby frenchie hated riding in the car until this seat. So happy with this purchase. No instructions to put it together but I was able to guess how it goes together.

The seat itself is fine. The seat belt tether needs something to hold the strap together when it is taken up. My dog got her head stuck between the straps and was choking when I got her out. She was in the back seat and I couldn’t see this had happened. It could have been a fatality. Please improve the tether. I won’t be using this one again. I’ll go back to my safer one that had something so the straps won’t separate when using it shorter.Update: The company contacted me with concern for my dog’s safety. They assured me a warning would be included concerning the safety tether. The booster seat itself works great. I am pleased with it.

This is basically an upholstered box that sits on your car's seat. It does include a tether, but the tether does not keep your pet placed in this box. So, if your pet is anxious enough to warrant a car seat, chances are this will be completely useless to you. The tether connects your pet's existing harness to a seat belt buckle. There is no way to route that tether through the box, so if your pet decides that he/she doesn't want to sit in the box, there's nothing keeping him/her there. This is not immediately obvious in the product description, so if you have an anxious pet who is not prone to keeping in one place in the car, forget this item.

Love it, my 15 pounds small dog was having trouble with motion sickness when in car. He really loves his seat and has gone a long way in curbing the car motion sickness. Also, love that its washable and easy storage when not in use.

My terrier gets carsick because he can’t see out of the windows of my truck. I like this one because it’s sturdy and still collapsible. I can also store his stuff in the box part below him.It does come with a leash and I do suggest letting that out long enough so if the dog jumps out he/she has plenty of room to get to the floor of the vehicle without choking (I do t remember seeing that warning).Overall great product. Well constructed and should last for years.

My Bleu loves to look out the window, so I purchased this booster seat prior to our trip. It was perfect. He loves it. There are no assembly instructions, but you really don't need instructions. Self explanatory. I just wish it was better looking. Bleu's personality deserves something more flamboyant. I'm gonna decorate it. :-)
