The reason I gave these 3* was bevauae of the material being biodegradeable no paper np plastic. BUT THAT is where I stop liking them. They arrived wrapped in plastic, and when I removed them they were all covered in Mould dust so much that it caused my daughter, who opened them to put on her birthday bbq table, to have a bad asthma attack. I had read reviews stating they had found them like that but ecpected it to only be a wmall amount if any not on every plate! Finally be aware how SMALL these plates are. We measured them against a saucer and the saucer was LARGER than these plates. I could of put up with the size but not the mould. I'm sure it cannot be passable under Health and Safety Laws in any country. If I hadnt of needed them that day and not been in Shielding I would of sent them to Trading Standards my self. Definitelt not fit for use when you first open them

Really great plates, I used them for a Christmas party. They’re aren’t all uniform in shade but that’s because of them being made form palm leaf. And best of all they’re not bad for the environment, but they do arrive in some plastic wrap which is a little annoying but oh well

They came covered in mould dirt and who knows what. And they are meant to be plates. And for £10 this is not the quality expected
