Gladwell Premium Mop Replacement Pads (Rose)

I love everything about this floor cleaner except the weak battery life. My floors literally shine AND stay that way for 3 to 4 days. This the easiest floor cleaner I have ever used. This is a great product that really cleans my hardwood floors! The buffers are soft and protect the finish and my cat loves to chase me while I'm cleaning with this. I would have given the product 5 stars if there were better directions. For example, I just used water to clean. I don't know if I can use any cleaning solution, or any "wax" product. I'm not sure how to use those with this model (do I put in the same place as the water or just sprinkle it on the floor). Since my floor has a matte finish I don't need wax, but would I use the "wax" pads for other cleaning solutions? I also had a hard time reaching the manufacture's website assuming they would have the answers there. Regardless of these issues, I love this product because it does a great job!

Love this thing. I did sew on a tiny strip of that non abrasive blue scratch pad (about pencil think). It helps went you get something on the floor that needs a little help, like dried ketchup I missed after a meal. (KIDS). However, it occasionally will not turn on, like there might be a short in the equipment or something. Then next time it starts right up, so not sure how long it will last. The reservoir is decent size, I did not run out of water before finishing my generously sized kitchen.

I don’t like that when I turn the mop sideways to get close to walls it stops spinning properly which causes it go go airborne and then I have to step on it to turn it off. It doesn’t seem to scrub areas clean. I do have three different floor cleaning pads I have tried. It does polish the floor, doesn’t leave it shiny though, and it does take almost a whole bottle of cleaner to clean one floor. I like that you don’t have to put effort in but like i said it doesn’t scrub. I like it is rechargeable. A little pricy though to still have to scrub the floors prior to using the mop.

Works awesome on linoleum and hardwood. No problems, works better than mixed reviews would lead you to believe. There isn't anything I would ask more for value and price. One charge was kitchen with an island and eat in, hall bath, laundry room in lanolin and entry in hardwood. Does better than a traditional mop.

I absolutely love this mop it cleans the floors great and I also use it to apply wax to my Italian tile and it places it evenly over the floor

I bought this for me! Love this mop. Heads easily attach, it guides itself among your floors and The heads are larger than the base so the soft cotton fibers touch your floor kick plates and don’t cause scratches. Highly recommend this. Absolutely well worth every dollar.

I wanted to have an extra set for big jobs or if I was waiting to wash the first set. Perfect for the purpose.

I purchased the Gladwell Cordless Electric Mop on Oct 2020 and it died exactly ONE year later. The battery is completely dead and you can't buy a replacement. I'm leaving this review because I bought the mop replacements and other accessories and now they are all useless too. I have tried to contact Gladwell customer service on several occasions, messaged them on social media and even wrote a review on their site (they conveniently did not post it of course). The battery dying is a very common issue so I'm hoping to save anyone considering purchasing the mop or replacement pads their money and the same disappointment I have experienced.
