Yes it's all metal but it's only the covers u need to buy the interior separate

where is the drain assembly?

You have to purchase it separately. I didn’t know that and my plumber wasn’t happy when he went to install. I absolutely love the faucet though!! Looks beautiful.

Can i use this for bath tub handle?
