Microsoft Xbox One 1 TB, Special Edition 'Matte Black' (Certified Refurbished)

It’s really awful! This is not a refurbished xbox, actually this is just a second hand rubbishy! The surface has lots of scratches and covers dust. I can not believe Microsoft is so cheap and even does not wanna change a case for the refurbished Xbox.

I have always had good luck with my Amazon purchases, however I am tired of giving product reviews and receiving no incentive for them.

Had it for two hours and won’t come on. GameStop has a new Xbox Cheaper than this and I won’t have to worry about the defective refurbished product. Save your money and the hassle and just buy it new! I only gave one star because it forces you to choose. It deserves zero stars because it didn’t work.

Purchased the refurbished Xbox One because we are of course on a budget but still want to provide my daughter with something special for Christmas. We have had no issues with the equipment, it looks brand new and was well packaged. Definitely a good option if you're on a budget. One note- is if you intend to give as a gift the box is very clearly marketed as "Refurbished" so you couldn't pass it off as "new"

Had it for two days when it told me to unplug my Ethernet cord. No Ethernet cord was ever plugged into it as I use wifi. Basically useless at this point and Microsoft kept giving me the run-around on the warranty so I just bought a PS4.

I bought two of these at Christmas. Now it is June. one is still working fine, the other turns on but sends no singnal to the TV. We have tried changing cords, leaving it turned off, and numerous other “solutions” before giving up and buying a new one. Not sure why it gave out on us, seems to be something that happens to some Xboxes.

The power box it came with was defective and I had to purchase a brand new one. The wireless remote buttons are at the bottom i cannot use the back or down arrows. I called to get assistance with my power pack and i was completely disappointed when I got my replacement order. They were completely different. The new one was heavier and the light immediately was green when I turned on my Xbox one. The original one never has had a green light and always made a noise like it was a motor or something. I felt like i should have gotten the new power pack for free. The associate i talked to to fix the original was talking like i am an idiot and i dont know how go listen to directions. I literally was mad. That was money that i could've kept in my pocket. SMH

Wow,.what a steal. I was just browsing when i saw this and decided to grab it up. Works great. Packaging was ok but safe. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to pick up an Xbox 1. Great deal.
